Ezi Solution Terms & Conditions

Licence Agreement
Ezi Solution grants the registered user of the software package the right to use one copy of the software under the registered name on a single computer or a local area network with unlimited number of users on that network. The software package can be copied and distributed as is without any modifications for demonstration purposes only, however, if the new user wishes to continue using the software package after the initial 30 days trial period, that user must purchase a new license from Ezi Solution for that package.

Ezi Solution provides the software on as is bases, and makes no representation or warranty that the software or documentation are error free or meet any users particular standards, requirements, or needs.

Ezi Solution disclaims any claim for or right to recover any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software or special, incidental or consequential damages, or other similar claims, even if Ezi Solution has been specially advised of the possibility of such damages.

Returns Policy
For all licence keys purchased from Ezi Solution,  sales are considered final. No returns will be accepted. Boxed software can be returned back to Ezi Solution for a refund (less handling fee) as long as a licence key has not been requested
